Media Center
The Automated Library/Media Center’s collection numbers 13,000 bar-coded volumes, periodicals, and videos. Computer workstations, online services, and vertical files are also accessible. Students are encouraged to use the facilities.
The Library is open from 7:15 A.M. to 2:45 P.M. on days when school is in session. Student passes are required from teachers when students need to complete individual research or use the library for leisure reading during classroom instructional time.
The loan period for borrowed materials is four weeks. Five cents per day is assessed for each overdue item. No more than fifteen items will be checked out by an individual student at one time. All materials must be returned or replaced before graduating seniors receive their diplomas during the commencement ceremony.
Students who use the Media Center are expected to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner at all times. If conduct is in any way disruptive, they will forfeit the use of the Library.
